Assessment runs smoothly

Thank you to the fifty five families that brought their children to PJHS last Wednesday to participate in the math and English assessments. The students spent approximately  40 minutes in each of two sessions. The results of these assessments will provide our two teachers with some base line information on proficiency and planning ideas. Once again, and I reassured students, these assessments are not intended to be an entrance exam rather an opporutity to provide us some information.  If you were unable to attend the assessments please give me a call and we will set up another date. We have made the decision to purchase Ipad2 for the students and are arranging in-service training for our teachers. Once again, thanks for being so prompt for the assessments. Have a great weekend!
